In FB3 option TAGS should go last in the options list, in some FB3 docs option USING PLUGIN is suggested to be used after TAGS, both limitations make no sense - let user provide all options in any order one wishes.

0xFF. SQL langref-4.0 now needs to be adjusted in order to match current features.
