Relate to CORE958
The number of support cases involving "lock manager out of room" errors is increasing.
Further, considering that almost all modern servers have a large amount of memory, whereas the current default values are 96KB and 256KB (linux and Windows), to increase (double or even quadruple) the manager memory would have no noticable impact of the server (what's 1MB when a server has 1GB).
Note: an increase in the memory value , the number of slots should be increased (a prime number between 211 and 503 - lower if the memory is doubled, higher if quadrupled)
