All user could use the backup method programatically what GBAK uses. GBAK can create backup from remote computer, but FbBackup cannot. It uses "only" services features.

There's no API for it right now on server side. Thus we can't do it.

Figured backing up won`t take much rework so I poked around. It isn`t really pretty at the moment but it appears to be working (needs testing). I mean to add restoring but I have other stuff to rework first
I mean to get it production-ready so feedback is welcome :)
