Duplicates DNET481

On 64-bit systems, the installer makes changes only in the 32-bit version of machine.config

C:\\Windows\\<http://Microsoft.NET>\\Framework\\v4\.0\.30319\\Config

but not in the 64-bit version

C:\\Windows\\<http://Microsoft.NET>\\Framework64\\v4\.0\.30319\\Config
