Duplicates DNET522

The provider version on the download page works with DDEX at design time, but fails with the following error at runtime:

The Entity Framework provider type 'FirebirdSql.Data.FirebirdClient.FbProviderServices, FirebirdSql.Data.FirebirdClient' registered in the application config file for the http://ADO.NET provider with invariant name 'FirebirdSql.Data.FirebirdClient' could not be loaded. Make sure that the assembly-qualified name is used and that the assembly is available to the running application. See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=260882 for more information.

The nuget version FirebirdSql.Data.FirebirdClient-EF6 work at runtime, but DDEX support does not work. Depending on the order in which I install and uninstall the 2 versions of the provider - either Firebird Data Source is missing from Server Explorer / Add Connection / Change Data Source OR Firebird Data Source is there but the Add Connection dialog closes when you type in any field.
