I think it would be helpfull to place a full example line for DatabaseAccess=Restrict to the comments in the firebird.conf file.
Right now, it leaves it open which one is correct:

DatabaseAccess = Restrict:/folder
DatabaseAccess = Restrict=/folder
DatabaseAccess = Restrict;/folder
DatabaseAccess = Restrict /folder

Accidently I even wrote:
DatabaseAccess = /folder

Furthermore, the server SHOULD NOT start with unparsable configuration entries and complain about these.
Currently firebird2.0.3 silently ignored my fault.

Resolved (by core team). In 2.1, firebird.conf contains such example lines.
