Charset names KOI8-R and KOI8-U in the 2.0 and 2.1 Rlsnotes should in fact be KOI8R and KOI8U.

Dictonary collations for these sets are KOI8R_RU and KOI8U_UA (table in Appx B, 2.1 Notes).

Also in that table: the case-ins. Czech collation for WIN1250 is called WIN_CZ, not WIN_CZ_CI (at least in 2.0!)

Sorry, I meant:
"...WIN_CZ, not WIN_CZ_AI"

I can't verify the Czech language problem. The table shows NEW collations. WIN_CZ always was the dictionary collation for Czech and I don't believe that changed. While fbintl.conf in both 2.0 and 2.1 shows only the dictionary collation and the CI_AI collation, I think we have to believe that the _AI collation *is* available to be added to the manifest unless we are informed that it has been withdrawn.

Adrian dSF and Ivan Prenosil, would you comment please?
