There are several misprints in document:

1) the swicth to redirect output is specified as -0[utput] - the first character is ASCII_CHAR(48), ZERO rather than letter 'O'.
2) some switches are specified without hyphen, namely:
ch(arset) <charset>
p(assword) <password>
sqldialect <dialect>
3) some swithes are NOT specified:
4) switch sqldialect <dialect> can be abbreviated up to single character: -s(qldialect) <dialect>

This manual is a work in progress. The above faults have already been fixed in my working document. However, it is not yet ready for publication. I will, however, upload a fixed version with a note to the effect that the manual is not complete.

A new pdf - version 0.4 - has been uploaded. The latest source has been uploaded to CVS (Manual only, not to b_release yet.) The specific faults listed in this tracker have been fixed.

The specific faults raised in this tracker have been resolved and a new manual uploaded.

This manual still needs major work.
