Support 16k RestorePageSize [JDBC255] #302

Currently Jaybird only support 8kb on setRestorePageSize. It would be nice to support 16k as firebird 2.5 support 16kb pagesize.

Pagesizes of 16kb have been available since Firebird 1; unsure why Jaybird doesn't already support it.

This looks simple enough to fix. If nothing weird happens to the backup when I change the limit I will schedule this for Jaybird 2.2.
