Connection properties definition not processed correctly [JDBC284] #330

Is related to JDBC285

The connection properties in isc_dpb_types.properties is not correctly processed if it contains a '#⁠' with a comment after it. This makes the driver fallback to 'TYPE_UNKNOWN' which can have undesired side effects.
