Generated key grammar does not detect returning clause in INSERT ... SELECT ... RETURNING.

The 'simple' solution of using an incomplete grammar as works for JDBC393 does not for this case.

Fixed grammar by adding non-greedy wildcard in syntax (and with some help of upgrading to ANTLR4).
