The ResultSet methods that are not allowed for TYPE_FORWARD_ONLY throw the wrong exception. Currently they throw org.firebirdsql.jdbc.FBDriverNotCapableException with message "Not yet implemented"; instead they should throw a SQLNonTransientException with a message like "<methodname> not supported for TYPE_FORWARD_ONLY" and an appropriate sqlstate.

Now throwing SQLNonTransientException; I did not specify an sqlstate.
