Relate to JDBC451

Currently Jaybird 3.0 alpha 1 allows batch execution of prepared statement with a generated keys option, but it will only return the values of the last inserted row, not of all rows in the batch. Instead it should collect and return all rows of the batch that have been successfully executed.
