Duplicates CORE4658

Running the tests with native (and presumably: embedded) is very slow under Java 9 (+/- 80 minutes for a test run that takes < 20 minutes under Java 8).

Problem might actually be with using a Firebird 3 client against a Firebird 2.5 server, and the slow detection that using IPv6 won't work.

Running test with fbclient 3 against Firebird 3 is fast, and fbclient 2.5 against Firebird 2.5 is also fast, so it looks like it is just CORE4658
