Specifying an invalid character set triggers the "Connection rejected: No connection character set specified" error, instead it should report that an invalid or unknown connection character set was specified.

Fixed so invalid java character set is no longer handled as if nothing was specified. Specifying an invalid Firebird character set was already handled correctly.
