Given the implementation of the Firebird wire encryption uses RC4 with a 160 bit key, Java requires the unlimited cryptographic strength policy. This needs to be documented in the release notes, FAQ and maybe the wiki.

Made a quick entry in the FAQ. May need further refinement. Additional info to be added in release notes.
