Removed documentation copied from JDBC [JDBC553] #586

Jaybird currently contains a lot of documentation that was copied from JDBC and possibly JCA, this needs to be removed.

If possible we should try to generate javadoc that automatically inherits this from the java source (note though that a first attempt to do that ran into problems with Java 11), but otherwise linking to the Java apidoc is good enough (but again, that seems to break under Java 11).

Removed the javadoc copied from various versions of the JDBC API.

For now accepting the reduced documentation under Java 11. May revisit that later.
