The v15 (Firebird 3.0.2) protocol adds support for an early crypt key callback immediately after the identify phase in the protocol, allowing use of an encrypted database as the security database.
I decided to skip implementation of the v14 protocol (Firebird 3.0.1), to avoid the overhead of yet another protocol implementation which likely will not really be used (and users that are still on 3.0.1 can connect with v13 just fine). The v14 changes will be part of the v15 implementation.
