FAQ page contains 2 links pointing to innappropriate content, and leaves the question unanswered.

Thus, this question gets unanswered in the FAQ:

"Where can I get detailed advice about installing Firebird 1.5 on Windows Server 2003 ?"

Same question is repeated in the FAQ, but it also contains a bad link with no answer.
