Not Alexey's part-of-ship. If Pavel doesn't know how to change this, I don't know anyone else now who could. I wonder if it actually matters at all.

I should have mentioned, I'm assuming Karol is referring to the '?' icon at top right of THIS page. ;-) Not a WEB issue, but a Tracker one.

URL in ? link is provided by (built-in) JIRA itself. We use very old JIRA version, so no wonder that it points to no longer existing page at Atlassian website. As this link should go to "online help about using and setting up JIRA", I see no reason why bother to fix it anyway. Those who are interested in this topic may use Google to get there in no time.
