Anyone interested in trying out Firebird would come to the website expecting to get a functioning database server and graphical administration tool. I understand that tools are not developed by the project, but I believe it is very important to list some graphical administration tools on the website. Otherwise, many people would come to a wrong conclusion that this is a console-mode only product and dismiss it without discovering all the features.

If you do not want to promote commercial tools, please include open source tools like FlameRobin. You can add an "administration tools" section to the "Downloads" page. The "administration tools" page would have a proper warning that "tools listed here are 3rd party tools and not developed by the project" or something like that.

BTW, this could be a good revenue source for the Foundation, to ask a small annual fee from commercial tool developers to list their products on this page.

We have no clear policy how to deal with third-party tools. Common-sense tells that we need support those who support Firebird - i.e., sponsors.
Until it's not ratified, we will have almost the same information as it was at old site. Right now it looks like this http://www.firebirdtest.com/en/third-party-tools/
